DOE Publishes Technical Amendment for Energy Conservation Standards

The Department of Energy (DOE) is publishing a technical amendment to the Code of Federal Regulations, implementing energy conservation standards for certain consumer products and commercial and industrial equipment, as prescribed by the Energy Policy Act of 2005.
