Air Force to Demonstrate New Personnel Management Concepts for 90 Days

The Air Force Research Laboratory will conduct a 90-day personnel management demonstration project to test new concepts and assess their impact on federal personnel management, as authorized by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1995 and amended by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2001.
