EPA Withdraws Methyl Bromide Rule Due to Adverse Comments

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing its direct final rule on the supplemental authorization of methyl bromide for critical uses in 2005, following receipt of adverse comments, and will address those comments in a subsequent final action.
