EPA Withdraws Kentucky State Implementation Plan Revision Due to Adverse Comments

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing a direct final rule approving a revision to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) of Kentucky, which would have allowed certain sources to be classified as minor sources under specific conditions, due to adverse comments received on the rule.
