Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Seeks Public Comment on Paperwork Collection for Commercial Motor Vehicles

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is requesting public comments on the need to collect paperwork information from motor carriers to ensure employees safely maintain and operate commercial motor vehicles, with the goal of minimizing burden and enhancing information quality, and to renew approval for the existing paperwork collection set to expire on December 31, 2005.
