Program Exclusions: September 2005

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has announced exclusions from the proposed rule on the National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF) for the month of September 2005. The exclusions are part of a larger effort to address the needs of low-income families and individuals affected by Hurricane Katrina.
