EPA Finds Jackson County, IN 8-Hour Ozone Redesignation Plan Adequate for Conformity

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has confirmed that the motor vehicle emissions budgets for Jackson County, Indiana, are sufficient for meeting transportation conformity requirements, following a court ruling that SIPs must be affirmatively deemed adequate by EPA.
