EPA Finds Greene County, IN 8-Hour Ozone Redesignation Plan Adequate for Conformity

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has confirmed that the motor vehicle emissions budgets for Greene County, Indiana, are sufficient for meeting transportation conformity requirements, following a court ruling that SIPs cannot be used until EPA's affirmative finding.
