EPA Approves Massachusetts Negative Declaration for Solid Waste Incineration Units

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve a negative declaration submitted by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MADEP) regarding the absence of commercial and industrial solid waste incineration units within the state's boundaries, submitted on August 23, 2005.
