EPA Approves Massachusetts Negative Declaration for Solid Waste Incineration Units

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection's (MADEP) negative declaration for commercial and industrial solid waste incineration units (CISWIs) in the state, which certifies no existing CISWIs are located within Massachusetts boundaries.
