EPA Authorizes Access to Confidential Business Information by Avanti Corporation

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted Avanti Corporation, a contractor based in Annandale, Virginia, and its subcontractor Geologics Corporation of Alexandria, Virginia, access to confidential business information related to toxic substances under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). This access is authorized under sections 4, 5, 6, and 8 of the act.
