US Court Invalidates Department of Commerce's Decision on PAM Antidumping Duty Order

The US Court of International Trade ruled that the Department of Commerce's decision to initiate the sixth administrative review of the antidumping duty order on PAM and JCM was void. The Department has notified the public that this decision is not in harmony with its original results.
