EPA Withdraws Direct Final Rule for Kentucky Ozone Nonattainment Area Redesignation

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing its direct final rule approving the redesignation of the Clarksville-Hopkinsville 8-Hour Ozone Nonattainment Area to Attainment for Ozone in Kentucky due to adverse comments received, and will address the concerns in a subsequent final action.
