National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Extends Grant Solicitation Period for Fiscal Year 2006

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, National Ocean Service, is issuing a notice to amend the competitive solicitation for the Ecological Forecasting (ECOFORE) program, allowing commercial entities to submit proposals and extending the solicitation period to give the public more time to submit proposals for Fiscal Year 2006.
