US Labor Department Extends Comment Period for Guidelines on Union Fiduciary Responsibilities
The US Department of Labor has extended the comment period for proposed guidelines on the fiduciary obligations of union officers and representatives until January 26, 2006, from its original expiration date of October 28, 2005.
