CBOE Proposes Rule Change for Remote Market-Maker Appointments

The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE), a self-regulatory organization, has filed a proposed rule change to amend its Rule 8.4, which governs remote market-maker appointments. The proposed rule change will take effect immediately.
