EPA Proposes Approval of California Air Pollution Control District Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Ventura County Air Pollution Control District's portion of the California State Implementation Plan, focusing on regulating volatile organic compound emissions from surface cleaning operations, in accordance with the Clean Air Act of 1990.
