EPA to Update Hazardous Waste Compliance Docket with New Facilities

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is updating its Federal Agency Hazardous Waste Compliance Docket with new facilities that manage hazardous waste or have released hazardous substances, as required by the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA) and the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986 (SARA).
