Office of the Commissioner Announces Cost-of-Living Increases for Social Security Benefits and Other Determinations for 2006

The Commissioner has made official determinations for 2006, including a 4.1% cost-of-living increase in Social Security benefits, increased monthly benefit amounts for Federal Supplemental Security Income, and new dollar limits for services performed as a representative payee.
