MMS Extends Comment Period for OCS Rule Due to Hurricane Damage

The Minerals Management Service (MMS) is extending the comment period for a proposed rule on oil and gas operations in the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) to January 6, 2006, due to damage caused by Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita.
