Eldorado National Forest Environmental Impact Statement Proposal

The US Forest Service plans to prepare an environmental impact statement to designate routes for public off-highway motor vehicle use on the Eldorado National Forest in California. The proposed routes will determine allowed types of vehicles and seasons of use, while some existing roads will remain open to highway vehicles.
