Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority Appeals Decision by Puerto Rico Planning Board

The Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority has filed an administrative appeal with the Department of Commerce, seeking to override the Puerto Rico Planning Board's objection to a consistency certification for a bridge reconstruction project at Aguadilla Bay.
