EPA Offers De Minimis Settlement for Starmet CMI Superfund Site in South Carolina

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a cost recovery settlement under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) for the Starmet CMI Superfund Site in Barnwell, South Carolina, with public comment accepted until November 28, 2005.
