Public Meeting on Pipeline Operator Qualifications to Inform PHMSA Report and ASME Standard

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is hosting a public meeting to discuss progress on operator qualification programs, which will inform its upcoming Report to Congress and the development of a potential ASME standard for strengthening pipeline safety tasks.
