EPA Allows Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund Grantees to Provide Discounted Loans

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has updated its policy to permit Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) grantees to offer discounted loans to eligible entities, as part of their RLF programs, for brownfields cleanup. This policy change was made in response to interest from RLF grantees awarded under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), section 104(k).
