Pennsylvania and Virginia State Plans for Certification of Applicators of Restricted Use Pesticides; Notice of Availability

The states of Pennsylvania and Virginia have submitted proposed amendments to their certification plans for pesticide applicators, which include new categories for vertebrate pest control, and the EPA is seeking public comments on the changes.
