EPA Proposes Approval of Tennessee's 10-Year Ozone Maintenance Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to Tennessee's State Implementation Plan, which outlines the second 10-year maintenance plan for the Nashville area to meet the 1-hour ozone national ambient air quality standard.
