EPA Approves Pennsylvania Air Quality Plan Revisions

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized the approval of Pennsylvania's revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) to reduce volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from three major industrial sources, in compliance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
