SEC Approves Proposed Rule Changes by Multiple Stock Exchanges

The Securities and Exchange Commission has approved proposed rule changes by several stock exchanges, including the American Stock Exchange LLC, Boston Stock Exchange, Chicago Board Options Exchange, International Securities Exchange, Pacific Exchange, and Philadelphia Stock Exchange, related to the definition of firm customer quote size and limitations on sending secondary P/A orders.
