Transportation Secretary's Authorities Extended for Marine War Risk Insurance

The U.S. government has extended the authority of the Secretary of Transportation to provide vessel war risk insurance for a year, starting December 13, 2005, following a 6-month extension approved by President George W. Bush in 2001.
