Pacific Exchange, Inc. Proposes Rule Change to Share in ETP Operating Revenue for Cross Orders in Tape C Securities

Pacific Exchange, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change with the Self-Regulatory Organizations to add an opportunity for its members to share in operating revenue from cross orders in Tape C securities, effective immediately.
