USGS and USFWS Establish Advisory Committee for Bird Banding Laboratory

The USGS and USFWS have established the Advisory Committee on the Bird Banding Laboratory, which will meet for the first time on November 29-30, 2005, at the USGS Patuxent Wildlife Research Center in Laurel, Maryland, to discuss the management of the laboratory and address key issues over the next two years.
