HHS Designates Mallinckrodt Employees for Special Exposure Cohort

The Department of Health and Human Services has added a class of employees at the Mallinckrodt Chemical Company's Destrehan Street Plant in Saint Louis, Missouri to the Special Exposure Cohort under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000, following a decision made on October 14, 2005.
