HHS to Review Petition for Nuclear Study Employees

The Department of Health and Human Services will assess a petition to include Oak Ridge Institute for Nuclear Studies employees in the Special Exposure Cohort under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000.
