EPA Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a recordkeeping and reporting requirement for allegations of significant adverse reactions to human health or the environment for review and approval by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
