Federal Government to Update Automated Clearing House Regulations

The US government is updating its rules for using the Automated Clearing House (ACH) system, which is used by federal agencies for electronic payments, in response to changes made by NACHA, The Electronic Payments Association, since its 2003 rule book was published.
