BPA to Review Wholesale Power Rates Amid Public Hearings and Comment Period

The Pacific Northwest Electric Power Planning and Conservation Act requires BPA to periodically review and revise its rates to ensure they cover costs associated with power acquisition, conservation, and transmission, as well as Federal investment in the Columbia River Power System.
