EPA Requests Public Comment on Renewal of Chemical Export Reporting Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on the renewal of a reporting requirement under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) for companies exporting chemicals from the US to foreign countries, set to expire on August 31, 2006.
