EPA Adopts New Air Quality Model and Revises Guideline

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has revised its Guideline on Air Quality Models, adopting the AERMOD dispersion model for complex terrain and removing the Emissions Dispersion Modeling System (EDMS). The changes aim to improve the accuracy of air quality assessments under the Clean Air Act.
