DoD Issues Final Rule on Subcontracting Policies and Procedures

The US Department of Defense (DoD) has published a final rule updating the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to reflect changes in subcontracting policies and procedures, as part of a broader transformation initiative aimed at modernizing the DFARS.
