DoD Issues Final Rule to Update Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement

The US Department of Defense has issued a final rule to delete outdated procedures for screening government inventory before allowing contractors to purchase IT equipment, as part of a broader effort to revamp the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement.
