EPA Enters Settlement Agreement for Forty-Third Street Bay Drum Superfund Site in Tampa, Florida

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has agreed to a settlement at the Forty-Third Street Bay Drum Superfund Site in Tampa, Florida, with companies Kardol, Inc. and FMM Drum, Inc., allowing for public comment on the agreement until December 12, 2005.
