The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a cost recovery settlement for the A&H Sales Superfund Site in Tampa, Florida, under the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), and is seeking public comments until December 12, 2005.
