EPA Makes Interim Final Determination on Sanctions for Pinal County Air Quality Control District

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made an interim final determination to temporarily postpone or waive sanctions related to a proposed revision to the Pinal County Air Quality Control District's portion of the Arizona State Implementation Plan (SIP), which was published in today's Federal Register. The revisions focus on PCAQCD Rule 2-8-300.
