US Army Corps of Engineers and Bureau of Reclamation Release Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Montana Flood Control and Fish Operations

The US Army Corps of Engineers and the Bureau of Reclamation have released a Draft Environmental Impact Statement to evaluate the effects of alternative flood control operations at Libby and Hungry Horse Dams in Montana, with the goal of protecting threatened and endangered fish species.
