USDA Forest Service to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Diamond Vegetation Management Project in Plumas National Forest

The USDA Forest Service plans to assess the environmental impacts of a proposal to reduce hazardous fuels, thin trees, and restore streams in the Plumas National Forest, northeast of Quincy, California, as part of the Diamond Vegetation Management Project.
