Federal Transit Administration Releases Annual List of Certifications and Assurances for Fiscal Year 2006

The Federal Transit Administration has published its annual list of certifications and assurances for fiscal year 2006, which will be used in connection with all Federal assistance programs administered by FTA during fiscal year 2006, following changes introduced by the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU) legislation.
