United States Army to Prepare Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for Fort Bliss, TX, and New Mexico

The United States Army Installation Management Agency and Fort Bliss Garrison Command plan to prepare a Supplemental Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement to assess the environmental impacts of land use changes in support of Army Transformation and other initiatives, following a 2001 Record of Decision for the existing Master Plan.
