Publication of State Plan Pursuant to the Help America Vote Act

The U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) has published material changes to Michigan's State plan under the Help America Vote Act (HAVA), following a submission by the state. The changes were made in accordance with sections 254(a)(11)(A) and 255(b) of the HAVA, Public Law 107-252.
