Bureau of Industry and Security Establishes New License Exception for Export to U.S. Persons in Libya

The Bureau of Industry and Security amends export regulations to allow U.S. persons in Libya to export or reexport certain items controlled for anti-terrorism reasons, following the President's decision to modify sanctions against Libya.
